Our V70 was the unfortunate target of the same problem... roller paint on a windy day. I picked up a Zaino clay bar (just as it sounds, a bar of clay) and took all of it off in a couple hours. You need to use some water/ soap mixture as a lubricant for the clay bar, and be sure to keep the surface wet, or you could scratch the car. You essentially just rub the clay bar over the damaged area, and it takes the surface contaminents off without damaging the paint. Similar products are made by Mothers, and should be available at local auto stores for less than $20. Since the car is new, and most likely has a pretty good coating of wax from the dealer ship, it should work. The claybar does strip off the old wax, so be sure to re-wax the car when you are done. Hope this helps.
