My experience at Kachina Saab in Scottsdale has been miserable. I brought the car in for 30K service in April. They managed to run my car into a pole and the rear driver side door was crunched. They took almost 3 weeks to repair/repaint the door and when it came back the paint job looked like crap. I then spent about 10 days trying to get the car back in to be looked at and repaired to my satisfaction. Finally they got took it in and did the job in about 15 minutes. I'm still not 100% thrilled with the paint job but I just don't have the time or patience to keep dealing with them over this. That describes only one of my experiences there. There are more and none are what I would call good.

Lund(owns Kachina and Legends Saab) was a better experience but they are about 40-45 miles away. Legends Saab might end up working out and the sales guy there I've spoken too has been really good. I have not had any service done there.
