Oddly, the receipt they gave me doesn't name the company, but it does have a phone # you might check: 1-800-835-2257.

As I recall they offered me a choice between OEM and aftermarket. I wound up with a PPG product, which has worked out fine.

It cost $100, the broken glass deductible under my insurance policy, which is with USAA. USAA is an insurer that covers members of the military and other commissioned officers (I was in the Foreign Service --that's how I qualified)

Have you checked with your insurer re broken glass coverage -- might be worth your while.
