rear air vent

I have a 2000 aero wagon. I don't get any air flow coming out of the rear vents behind the front arm rest. I can feel some coolness right next to it but no air stream. I've adjusted the knobs by the vent but that makes no difference. Are there any climate settings that affect this or should I have the dealer check for a blockage.
Thanks,
dave
