I've used Malm's products for a long time, their liquid yellow
carnauba-based wax goes on like butter and comes off very easily, seems
to last a long time (a bit pricey but I've found worth it)...
http://www.malms.com. They also have a very nice fine polish liquid.

I've also used Zymol Carbon (for black cars) but the problem with Zymol
is you can't let it dry to a haze or you'll never get it off, so I get paranoid about using it and doing small sections at a time. I've found my mania for making sure I get it all off might result in a bit more buffing than required to get off the haze left by the malms carnauba-concentrate liquid or other 'yellow butter carnauba based waxes' like Meguiars.

I usually use a regular car washing concentrate like turtle wax or
meguiars or so forth that say they don't remove the wax.

use a normal chamois but keep it really damp when drying . Griots garage
has a chamois cleaner/remoisturizer I may try out at some point

We have a black 2001 9-5 Aero and I'm starting to notice a bit of
swirling in the clear coat, so I'm told (from having had an Audi (notorious for very soft paint) by folks on the audiworld.com forums are really anal) that 3m Imperial Hand Glaze is good for the swirl marks, but I haven't tried it yet...
