That a 9-5 could do that bad, other than the possibility that you are putting your miles on a quarter of a mile at a time! Even in hard city driving,this car should do much better. Have you verified the mileage by filling up, driving a full tank while tracking your mileage on the odometer, then refilling and calculating it that way. Another thing worth checking is if the tire size may have inadvertantly been set up wrong with the tech 2. This would account for some, but not all of the apparent discrepancy if the calculated rolling diameter of the tire is incorrect.
What kind of highway mileage are you getting?
