For the Aero, there is a slightly different look. *IF* you don't like the brushed-metal look trim, the '04 Aero allows you the option of carbon fiber, while the '04 Arc features dark polished wood. The Arc price reflects deletion of OnStar, Aero Academy tuition, and the Sports seats, plus the transfer of the Prestige Audio, 17" wheel and sports tire combo, and the self-dimming, compass mirror, and seat memory to the option list. Both cars feature a black, rather than dark grey dash top for even less veiling glare, and the grey leather is a lighter grey. IMO the Arc dash looks better with a beige interior and OK with grey, the Aero brushed metal style looks great with grey, but not with the beige. Can't comment on the beige with the carbon fiber.
I'd want specifics of the '04 vs. '03 incentives before deciding. Note that around model change time, leases on the older model are often higher, due to a lower predicted residual value gobbling up all of the incentive money and more.
