First, and without any implied criticism, that's southern Ontario. The Western part is out by Thunder Bay...
The current NINES has a review of the WR. In your area, it's dry much more than it's snowy, and the 401, at least, is heavily salted and cleared. I'd recommend WR 225-50-15VR as the absolutely best choice for high speed winter driving on all surfaces, wet, dry, snow, and slush. For less money, there is the 215-55-15HR or 205-60-16. Only if you are out in the countryside and face deep, virgin snow will should you consider the Hakka Q or Hakka 2.
