Probably that dealer wanted to make lots of money on maintenance and spare parts ...
Anyway, it's all in the manual. Presuming that you don't want to read the manual from A to Z as soon as you get your Aero (perhaps you would like to take it for a spin ...) the main points are:
NEVER push the engine before it's warm (10 minutes or so) - this goes for after the break in period too.
Avoid full boost and high revs for the first 2000 miles and try not to drive all the time at the same speed.
Be gentle on the gear box - it needs breaking in too. Try to change gears at about 2500 rpm, and don't force it - especially when it hasn't warmed up yet.
