I thought I had this problem too, but it's not a problem after at all! After closer inspection I noticed that it was just the electric fan trying to cool down the turbo after you stopped the engine. I did some research and found you can buy an aftermarket device called a "turbo timer" that does the same thing. Keeping the turbo/engine from over heating helps extend the life of your turbo and engine. Saab engineering impresses me everyday. Saab's moto should be "What will we think of next?"!
