Blue Smoke et. al.

Just bought a 2000 CPO Fisher Wagon from a "new" Saab dealer in Fife, WA. Only put 700 miles on it since I bought it. Noticed a few things after the purchase.
The SID was bad on the lot post certified. Demanded the fix it they did.
The right passenger heated seat control light burned out. They couldn't fix at that time. Told me to go to my local dealer in Portland, OR. (hmm?)
The tires look to be the OEM Michelin Pilot SX with 48K. Passed CPO inspection. (hmmm?) CPO Minimum is 6/32.
2nd week owning the car, noticed that after washing the car, 2 damp spots appear on the rear decking in the cargo area below the hinges. NICE!!
Also see that on cold starts, the infamous blue smoke appears.
No here is the kicker. This board has incredible amount of information.
When the dealer did the post service customer call to see how our experience with the SID went, my wife asked about the blue smoke.
The service manager replied in these exact words:
"Its nothing to worry about, just the engine epending the built up carbon in the turbo. Perfectly normnal for Saabs".
Though I have a CPO car for 2 more years, I feel this dealer did not thoroughly inspect this car. It is in the shop now getting the leaks fixed, burned bulb replaced, bad badge replaced on hood and a CPO Audit. I asked Saab service if they would have certified this car. Time will tell.
Other than that I love this car!!
