Thats an early 1999...first of the new model -- thats about the only superfical flag -- Reading this BB for the last 2 years it seemed that the first of the 1999's had the most problems -- the headlights were problematic as were SIDs and a few other common things. See if you can call a dealer with the VIN and get the warranty work done on the car -- that might be very telling.

Otherwise it would be great to get a 9-5 for 10K...even with 80K on it. All the service been done by Saab??
