I ordered rears at the same time, and did it all at once. Had I checked the rears first, I would have saved myself a fair amount of money; they had at least 1/3 wear left, and no wear on the parking brake pads. I did rotors all around at that point. My guess is that I won't need to do the rears again while I own the car (or if so, I'll throw on the rears I kept because of the remaining pad.) If the wear is consistant, it probably won't be till 250-300K miles though. And I doubt I'll keep it further than that. I really wanted the aero wagon!
