I'd been lax in letting this 60K maintenance item be pushed off to 75K plus miles before I finally tackled it. I bought the serpentine belt and all three pulleys to do the job. Yep....with the tight clearance it's a dumb*** design to have recessed hex key heads for the bolts for those two smooth pulleys!!! One of the new replacement pulleys has a new standard hex bolt design, but so what??!!... Until I get (or fabricate...) a 6mm hex key with less than a 1/2" leg, the old ones better hold out!!
Unbolting the three bolts of the motor mount to frame beneath the engine bracket was easier than unbolting the 80 ft/lb. 18 mm nut. A 3/8" flex coupling was needed for one bolt. A floor jack and block of wood was delicately used to support the oilpan and motor while the bracket was removed. All in all, disassembly, reassembly and replacement of the belt was easy and the knowledge gained should make a re-run for the remaining pulleys a breeze.
