All season traction is worse!

All season tires have lower *wet* as well as dry traction, as compared to "summer" tires. Their only beneift is you won't go sailing into the weeds and trees at the first hint of snow and ice. But if that's what you mean, then consider BFG "Traction T/A", an upgrade of their long running "Touring T/A". I don't know if it comes in the correct size yet. Note that since '02 the Aero has come with "XL" (extra load) rated tires. If you stick with that (and I would) that limits you significantly. All the Nokian "Z" rated tires are "XL", as well as many of their "V" rated. Check their web site (http://www.nokinatires.com) and see if there's a convenient dealer.
