Clogged Washer Jets !!!

The middle and passenger side jets on my 9-5 are clogged. I tried the obvious of using a pin to break the blockage to no avail. I looked under the hood, do I really have to remove the insulation panel to access the line and blow compressed air through it? There has got to be an easier way to unclog the jets. They are not frozen as some previous posts mention. Do the check valves fail and prevent washer fluid flow? The drivers side blasts a good steady stream of fluid as do the headlight washers. What is blocking the flow on the other two jets and how do I fix them?
