I just went through this repair myself. It is relatively easy to replace the upper groove tensioner pulley (4356127) because it is held on by a bolt. But the two lower pulleys are a real pain to remove since they are held on by recessed hex head bolts, and there is simply no room to get a socket on them. I had to cut a 1/2" length off a 6mm hex key, then fit it into the bolt, place a 6mm wrench over it, then slip some pipe over the end and loosen.
As others have said, it is a real PITA.
It would be a mistake to assume that all the pulleys and the tensioner assembly need to be replaced, especially if you are paying someone to do the work for you.
I found that only the upper groove tensioner pulley and center idler pulleys were bad. When turned, they had a grinding noise and it is amazing they lasted so long (95K miles). The tensioner assembly's pulley turned smoothly and quietly, so I did not replace it, but will keep an 'ear' on it.
I also doubt if the tensioner assembly itself is bad (no reports I have seen of this failing), so you might be wasting your money if you buy that assembly.
