Thanks for you reply. Yeah, I'm stuck with the car which I believe is a private off lease and has been looked after, so I'm happy hold onto it. I I bought the car at a little over 60K miles and just found that SNN did not even do a 60K service. I asked them about this when I bought the car and I was given to believe this had been done. Of course it becomes "he said she said". After doing further research, I can file complaints with the state AG, FTC and RMV. The vehicle afterall is registered in the name of another individual - I checked and to further rub things in I just got the MA excise tax bill for the car I traded in and have to pay it since I don't have the registration and title on the new car which is sitting in my garage.

I will keep you all posted, as I'm ranting on at SNN right now. See what happens.
