I'm not aware of a "central listing." You can call Saab at 1-800-955-9007 OR your dealer can run the report for you. The 724/726 Recall, as I mentioned, is the only way you'll get the Upshift light off.
SOME people may actually THINK that they are getting less fuel mileage... puh-lease! They're just torqued cause each fill-up is costing them more these days. The Trionic ECUs were not recalled for bad software, they were recalled for bad hardware. The software has subtle improvements (like the upshift light) but won't effect fuel economy. Trionic T7 IS an adaptive system, so maybe, perhaps, possibly those people who claim they lost fuel economy are feeling the effects of a system re-adapting to their driving behavior, but that's short term!
I'm not aware of any fuel sloshing "recall." There is a procedure a dealer can perform that adds fuel cell foam to the fuel tank. The foam is extremely pourous and lightweight and thereby displaces less than .2 (two/tenths) of a gallon of gas. If it doesn't bother you, don't have it done... and be aware that Saab AB is working on a fix that introduces a typical plastic type baffle that takes care of the thump. I had the foam done on my car.
