If you see the 30 inch wide version (I believe it is the widest they make for skiis and such) you might be happy with the overall cubic feet of space
It is about 12-14 inches high??? (it's like trying to measure a jelly bean on the ceiling hanger), and the laminate is maybe 3/16 thick.
I felt that this might be more aero than the Thule, and have more capacity as well. Inside, it feels rather squarer than you might expect from the round outer look.
I may also be off on the overall weight, but they must have it on the website.
Most of my suitcases have NO trouble in the middle and back section, but might be a tight squeeze in the forward 1/4.
This thing held 6 pairs of skiis, 8 pairs of large downhill boots, and a bunch of coats and a few small duffels. My Thule couldn't come close to that in versatility.
And NO, I am not a stockholder.
