I use 39 lbs for all 4 as a standard. Most of the time, I have 2 passengers of fairly small built. For longer trips, I was told that we could inflat the tires to 41 lbs. Not sure of logic though as I would think that for long distance driving, we could in fact reduce the pressure slightly to accommodate the heat and thus the air expansion.

I guess so long as the tire wear is even, we are not over inflating the tires. Bear in mind, of course, that too high a pressure may result in bouncy rides.
