Back in the bad old days before Port Fuel Injection, it is possible there might have been some slight benefit from spinning the incoming air. But modern engines have Port Injection. The fuel is injected just before the intake valves, so what sort of cyclone effect would remain there after the air has transitted your restrictive throttle body and the intake runners?? - none whatsoever! The whole purpose of a good intake manifold is to _straighten_ and smooth airflow, not start it swirling and tumbling. Guys who work in performance shops will never sell these paperweights - they'll sell you port and manifold smoothing and blending, and additional flow bench work to smooth the air flow, not screw it up.
This product should be grouped with gas line magnets for easy of classification. The only money saved goes into the pockets of the manufacturers.
