I couldn't get your link to work, but the LV wheels are the "five twin-spoke" wheels that Saab offers in their catalog. I persionally think they look a bit strange and prone to curb damage, though the 2-piece LZ wheels look sweet on an Aero. The BBS wheels indeed are very light, though I don't know the weight of either wheel. The LV are one piece, so I really doubt they are as light as 19 lbs. Ronal makes wheels for Audi and other premier makes, and those wheels tend to be quite heavy. I'll bet the BBS is indeed about 21 lbs. The LV is probably a few lbs more.
If you can get your dealer to do it, swap the Ronals for the BBS wheels, but keep the SP 9000 tires. If necessary to clinch the deal, offer to pay for the labor to mount and balance both sets. You will NOT like the oem Michelins that come on the Aero. They are annoyingly loud on rough pavement. When mine wear out (I am trying hard!) I will either try the very inexpensive Khomo Ecsta Supra 712 or the SP 9000s.

The Khumo scores about evenly with the SP 9000 for about 60% the cost. The SP 9000 exhibits excessive tread wear when driven very hard in corners - this shows in the low tread life rating. (This is a common problem with tires that have long unsupported chevron blocks, according to C&D magazine.)
I tried to get my dealer to swap out the Michelins straight across for the much cheaper SP9000s, and he wouldn't do it. Someone in his shop offered me $50 USD each, and I just laughed. One big problem with the Michelins is that they are very hard to find in the oddball size Saab uses on the Aero. If you do a lot of long distance travelling this could be a problem.
