Do not, I repeat, do not do Woodworth. They represent the epitome of bad Saab dealerships. I bought my 900 SE from them and their service department was atrocious. They wanted to charge my $260 for a new foglight when the bulb was burned out because "you can't change the foglight bulb in the NG900, it's a design flaw." Ahhhhh!! $2 later and my indy did it without charging me for labor in about 3 minutes. Those people grudgingly accepted Saab from Best in Haverhill when it closed, and treat you like scum when you bring in a Saab. Bring in a Buick or Caddy, however, and they're up your butt like cheap underwear. Not to mention that Gary Blake is a wonderful dealership, with very knowledgeable and courteous salespeople and mechanics. Even though Woodworth is about 10 minutes from my house, if I need something done by a dealer, I use Gary Blake, which is about 30 minutes away.
