No one should have to be treated like this. You are (were) the customer. A letter to Saab is a great idea.
I wrote a letter to Saab after we bought our car, but it was to compliment the dealer, Dana Saab in Billings, MT. Outstanding people to deal with. A little far from Massachusetts, probably...
