They can be tricky, and you must position the jack saddle directly under the lip of the unibody where the notch is, which is about 5-6 inches from the outside of the rocker panel. Look for the arrow that is indented in the rocker panel for a clue as to where the notch is. I would not do this without a block of 2x4 on top of the saddle. I had a bad experience where the saddle slipped off that lip with the notch in it while I started my lift, so now I only use the cross member of the A-frame at the front of the car about 12 inches back from middle of the front air dam, there is a round hole cutout about the size of a silver dollar, thats where my 2x4 block goes and both tires in front will come off the ground. In the rear, there is an area where a trailer hitch would be attached, thats where you lift the rear end.
