Rear Toe Alignment Possible?

I noticed the inner tread edges of my rear mounted Dunlop SP Sport A2 tires are scrubbing off (+-7,500 miles/34 psi) and took my 1999 9-5 2.3 LPT (89,000 miles) back to where I got the tires for a diagnosis. The tire tech. suggested a more frequent rotation (3,000 miles) to counter the negative rear camber design. He also suspects some incorrect toe adjusment, but had no available specs. on his Hunter alignment eqipment. Nonetheless, he thought there appeared to be shims at the rear. I got the preferred toe-in specs. (0.05 in. / 1.3 mm / .17 degrees) from a Mitchell Repair handbook, but no description for a procedure to adjust it, nor any statement that it was not adjustable. Caster and camber are specifically called out as non-adjustable. Any help for me and my tire tech?
Thanx,
Kirk D.
