That seems like a good price. From a mileage standpoint, there is 4400 miles left on the original warranty. The big question to ask is the In-service date. The CPO warranty is 6 years after the in-service date or 100K miles, whichever is first. If the car had a 2000 in-service date, then the warranty is good for about 2 years, and unless you drive a lot, you'll run out of time first. That's fine, just take it into account.
If the in-service date is later, say August 2001 (a summer leftover), then you'll have until 8/07 before the warrany runs out. That's three years from now, and reasonable at 15K miles a year.
The in-service date can maximize the warranty on the car, and I'll bet an older date will reduce the price of a car some. However, a good deal is a good deal. For example, I don't think adding a year to the in-service date is worth $1K. Nothing to fixate on, just to take into account.
