Yes...its about 20% (give or take a couple of points) off sticker PLUS rebates and finance specials. The problem with the SAAB leases is that the residuals have sharply fallen over the last couple of years on the 9-5. The caddy residuals are not much better BUT the rebates and GM card points make it a good deal for me.
