Hi, I have a 2000 saab 9-5 with only 30,000 miles. The car jolts sideways and becomes very unsettled when driving over anything but the smoothest surfaces. This is particularly noticeable and concerning when at speeds above 45-50 mph. All the struts seem ok when I try to bounce the corners of the car by pushing down on them. Don't know if this is a problem with the suspension, steering, etc. Someone even suggested it could be the tires. Also, I vaguely remember a recall on this car for a steering problem and do not remember if the dealer ever fixed this on my car. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Also any advice on where to take the car to be fixed in Manhattan or Brooklyn, NY would be useful. The Saab dealer in Manhattan is not responsive where I call for servce and their prices are very, very steep. Thanks a lot. Ed,NYC
