Mixing V & H rated tires -- good, bad or indifferent?

This on a '99 9-5 SE w/ 40,000 miles:
I notice the outside edge of my right front tire is getting bald, which probably accounts for a vibration I feel at 60 mph +. This is on my second set of tires since new, which are "Michellin Energy MXV4 Radial XSE 93H." The other three tires are still in pretty good shape, so I'd hate to have to buy a whole new set of 4 at this point.
I saved one of my tires from the original set, which is still in pretty good shape. This is the same exact "Michellin Energy MXV4 Radial XSE" tire I have on now, except that I notice that they're rated "93V". The tread pattern looks the same as the "93H" tire, but I assume it is of a different (probably softer) compound.
Just wondering if there might be any adverse effect to mounting this one V-rated tire along with the other 3 H-rated tires?
Thanks,
Norm
