on my 9k. Both of my 9-5 Aeros have been better cars in almost every way. About the only thing my 9k had was the hatch and probably better visibility. Other than that my 94 9k was very problematic, while the 9-5s have been, for the most part, bulletproof.
As far as "saabness" I think it's over rated. I own a 93 C900 CVT that some would say is a "real" Saab, but then someone who owned a 99 might say the 900 wasn't as Saaby as they used to be. I think it's a specious argument. With GM at the helm I can only think that argument will grow even more popular.
