Spirited drivers tire pressures, what do you use?

Someone was talking about this a few weeks back. An individual posted and said they run 43/42 on the track (I think that's what it was) and 39 up front on the street? It seems really high. I have mine at 36/35 and it drives much better than it did at 33 all the way around (Toyo Proxes T1-S 225/45/17). What tire pressures do you find ideal for your Aero, or modified 9-5 like mine? Thanks in advance.
