Could easily be an uneven transfer of oganic material from EBC pads to rotors. The rotors are not warped. But I suspect that if this is ignored, that that could lead to a true warping. The deposits might only be .0005" thick, you cannot see it or measure. EBC pads do not warp rotors, but it sure can feel that way. These pads are not for everyone. They need some routine hard braking to keep them conditioned, and proper bedding/burning in. And no, EBC does not tell you how to do this and their advice, if any at all, it totally inadequate or misleading.
In this case, the rotors can be subjected to repeated hot breaking to burn off the deposits and to burn off the surface of the pads.
Did you bed in agressively when new?
Read and understand the link. You do not need to take things to the extremes they suggest.
