Is that when you sign a service work order when you drop off a car, you are not being faced with issues like " Who pays" or "what's included and what's not" If in fact the warranty service during the 20 K service called for tire rotation, then the dealer should not have charged him extra. I would argue the same point if I came in for a scheduled tire rotation with the mounted and balanced set of snow tires in my trunk and asked the dealer to mount those instead of rotating the summer tires. A dealer who would try to work the system and try to charge me for that just because it was a different set of tires would not see me again. I feel lucky that my selling dealership is not the type of place that would do that, and they do nkow that selling a limited appeal car in a tight market is a tough job made easier by good customer service policies.
