engine vibration?

Hello,
My girlfriend just purchased a 9-5 wagon (2001, 26K miles). The second time she drove it she noticed the steering wheel vibrating while the car was idling. I took it to my SAAB guy (who knows his stuff) and he said it was most likely the "belt tensioner". Becuse the car is still under warranty we had to take it to the dealer. We relayed the problem and they said they found a blown engine mount. They fixed that, long story longer, she just called me from the road and said the vibration is worse.
So, could the vibration indeed be the "belt tensioner"? has anyone else had similar issues?
Thanks.
