My 1999 9-5 SE V6 ACC has the same behaviour. Lots of "self-calibration" of the climate control. Sometimes after 0 displayed on left, I get code of 1 on left and 22 on right, then back to normal operation.

I read through every TSB title on my Alldata subscription but no item addresses an ACC update.
