Ruggieri's General Sales is good (long-ish)

I got my first Saab at Scott Saab in Ardmore; it's now Main Line Saab. Sales was fine; service was not. I felt that the car was a little worse every time I got it back. Little things, but they added up.
Within days of picking up my '96 900 SET from Scott, I learned that snow tires were essential. Scott's service department was closed on Saturday so I called Clews & Strawbridge. They were closed that Saturday because of a snow storm, but listened to my tale of sliding in the snow. They told me that one of their mechanics was in putting on his own snow tires and that he'd stay for me if I came right away. I went there, he put on the new wheels, washed and dried the old ones, bagged them, and put them in my hatch. I thought that they were good people.
Three years later it came time for a new Saab. I went back to Clews. (See, good deeds are sometimes rewarded.) I was very happy with them.
Three years later it came time for a third Saab. Clews retired and Ruggieri's General Sales bought the franchise, including the sales and service staff. They've been good to me and take care of me. I now live less than three miles from Main Line and drive right past them on my 25 mile drive to General Sales. If the 2006 9-5 looks good, I'll probably get one from General Sales.
P.S. A friend test drove the 2000 9-5 when I did. She decided to go with Main Line because it was closer than Clews. She started complaining about service at Main Line and I told her to try Clews/General Sales. Until her lease ended, she continued taking the extra drive for the extra service.
