Tire blowout and ContiExtremes on Back Order

I just bought a 02 Aero Wagon (amazing car) on Saturday and hit a terrible pothole on Sunday only to blow out my rear drivers side tire (ouch).
Problem is that the 225/45/R17s are on backorder and Tire Rack says they have been so since Nov 22 nationwide and don't know when they will have stock.
Anybody knows if they have seen this tire in stock somewhere recently. I would be willing to pay a premium.
Any other suggestions as to what I should do?
Thanks,
Vivek
