I know its normal for the rear door not to want to lift all the way up in the cold weather due to the lack of lifting force. At about 32 F the door just about lifts to be horizontal with the top of the car. What are you all doing if you live where it gets really cold? What do they do in Sweden?

Do other wagons/SUVs have this same problem?

In the summer, its extra work to close. I guess the idea is that it’s extra exercise to lift the door up and down.
