I've got a 2000 9-5 wagon that I bought CPO in May '03. When I took it into the dealer for regular service, they replaced all the lug nuts under some type of technical service bulletin action. You might want to look into that. I regularly switch off wheels/tires for summer and winter, and I always wire-wheel the lug bolts and if I don't have anti-seize, I just use a very small amount of Vaseline on the face of the hub (not on the lug bolts). My wheels always come off just fine, even after 6 months and road salt.
