Do Saabs sound different?

Just became a Saab owner. Purchased a used 2001 Aero and so far am really pleased with it. (Sold my Z28 since the way my life is now, I really need a 4 door car. The Saab doesn't launch like the Z28, but once that turbo spools up "there's hell to pay." But I digress). Anyway, my wife commented to me that the Saab sounds "different." Do they? What kind of sound should they make. Mine does have a little ticking, whistling sound from the right front, but you can only hear it standing outside the car, not in the cabin. Is this "normal?" It's still under warranty, but I welcome feedback from this forum. Thanks.
