Sound of tensioner failing

It certainly may be that I am paranoid now that I'm naked after hitting 50K last week, but it seems that the V6 is become louder recently upon acceleration (almost seems to be laboring at times). I've read about hearing that the tensioner and/or timing belt is failing, and I know it's part of the 60K service. What exactly is the sound I'm looking for, and does this sound like it? Thanks.
