My guess is that you want to warm up the car. Well here is how they do it in Europe with less polution and a car ready to go.

Here is a site that makes the system that is an option when ordering a car. I know Saab , VW has it as an option.

Why we dont have these here is a mystery.I do know that soms of my buddies have ordered this system for their Jettas and Passats.
