We are seriously considering purchasing or 02 Linear wagon. Other than a rash of blown headlight bulbs (now gone), the car has been trouble free and we like it more and more every day. This is our first luxury car and so we were wondering what we will face over the years. We follow the recomended maintanence religiously, go to the dealer for service, and use full sythetic oil. Are brakes, mufflers, clutch and the like that much more expensive than an "average" car? I notice my dealer charges $800 for the 30K service, but since this would be every other year it is not out of the question. Overall it seems that these cars will last a long time, and are fairly trouble free (our last car lasted 188K miles, but it was a no frills Mazda). thanks all.
