I tried all the stuff you guys are mentioning, and my problem didn't change. I took the switch apart and cleaned the contacts, took the regulator out and cleaned and lubed it, and I sprayed silicone lubricant on the window tracks, all without any success until I ripped the motor apart as I mentioned in the first post on this string. Once I did that away it went. Fast as new. I suspect that (after having mine apart), most used motors you get at the wrecking yard would look similar to mine if you pulled them apart. Full of the brown goo. I'm positive that if you are still having problems after doing everything mentioned above but using a used motor your problem is your used motor. Tear it apart. Why don't you tear your old one apart since you must have a spare now?
