If I remember correct that is a 6"wide x 15"diam wheel correct? If so yes 195/60-15 tires should not be a problem. In fact 195/65 would be more likely to give you grief although based on other peoples comments 195/65 15 tires should work fine on the car too. The only possible problem would be with the wheel although my guess is that it will fit fine. However, if it is the wheel I am thinking of, SAAB sold this wheel in 5.5 for the 900 and 6.0 for the 9000 which makes me wonder just a little. Still it will probably be OK. The one thing to be aware of is that for (at least some) of the 6.0" wide SAAB accessory wheels that SAAB sold for the c900 they indicated that a rear bump stop kit was required. Again, you probably can get away without for most driving conditions but it is cheap enough you might want to check with you SAAB parts department to see if it is still available and if they would recommend it for this installation.
