First time figure on 1.5 hours per side, unless you have major problems with the bolts through the control arms. If so, you could spend twice the time! I would spray the control arm bolts (two for each joint) generously with liquid wrench or whatever the night before you plan on doing the job. Also, the joints themselves usually pop free without pickle forks, if you give the spindle arm a few solid whacks with a hammer right where the joint goes through (loosen the balljoint nuts first!).
Net, you'll kill a Saturday morning.
