HELP same idle problems STILL!! Long.

I am still having the same idle problems with my 86 900T 160K 5spd. I have done tune-up recently to include cap, rotor, plugs, wires, air and fuel filter, cleaned throttle plate, replaced all vac hoses on the engine, cleaned AIC valve, replaced the dashpot, and set idle tonight with help from bulletin board info lastnight. I am at my wits end here! I set the idle by grounding wire over by evap box and crosses two pins on throttle position switch. I set it right at 750rpms, took the jumpers and ground off and had my idle at around 875-900rpms. Sounds good right? I then drove the car on a test drive and it did the same old thing, the idle went back up to 1100-1300rpms after driving at highway speeds. I then left the car cool down after dinner and went out to start it. The idle stayed between 600 and 700rpms for about 20 seconds then the car stalled. It did this till it got back up to operating temp and stayed at 900-100rpms until I drove it. After the drive it was right back at 1100-1300rpms. What is going on here? I am doing everything I can to make this car idle right but it won't. What is a professional opinion from someone else? I think that the throttle postion switch is bad myself but also think I am going crazy. I am ready to go to the dealer(Hunt Valley Saab) and pay the big bucks for the DT and getting it fixed. Please help me out. Thanks once again for the ear and opinion.
