I had this problem recently after I hosed out the heater box under the hood. It has a drain tube under the wheel well and that was plugged. The water backed up into the vents in then the floor. I pulled the pads and left them out for a few days. Vacuumed out the water daily, and ran a small fan under the carpet at night. Took about 4 days to dry it out thoroughly. Good luck. PS, better check the driver's side as well.
